Single-cup Hoffmann-style immersion iced coffee. 80g ice. ~75 g/L final.

    Add Water

    Add 18g coffee and 160g freshly boiled water, stir well

    Target: 160g total water

  2. 0:30 Steep

    Steep

    Steep 5 minutes (4 for dark roasts)

  3. 5:30 Pour

    Strain over ice

    Place 80g ice in a glass, strain over it, stir
