Picking a V60 recipe
The recipes differ mainly in agitation and pour count. Hoffmann's technique is a forgiving two-pour with swirls; the 4:6 method splits water into five pours you can bias for sweetness or brightness; the Rao spin and Lance Hedrick's Ultimate V60 push agitation for higher extraction.
